(Bar team from Living Room and Mosquito)
Last week the Living Room Group held their Cocktails and Dreams Competition. Bartenders from across the country came to Mosquito in Victoria Street to demonstrate their bar tending skills, including ‘pouring’, ‘cocktail creation’ and flair.
With cash and prizes on offer, bartenders are encouraged to continue to develop their bartending skills.
Contenders are encouraged to inject their personality, time management, showmanship, product knowledge and creativity into their set. Judges were looking for bartenders who could produce amazing drinks without compromising on style and flair.
Guests who came along to support the high tempo competition had a fabulous night in Mosquito, and the winners went away several hundred pounds richer, with some great prizes. The even was supported by Ketel One and Funkin Puree.
